Be careful with Facebook to date
Dating through Facebook has a lot of advantages, but also some minor inconveniences. Just be careful on what about your dates you make public, and what you have to keep private.
1. The major inconvenience of FB is the privacy concern. In order to handle this, login to your face book-profile and check your privacy parameters. Avoid that your face book courting is being read by all of your friends. This might be embarrassing. Facebook settings allow to restrict the publicity of your Messages. You can also use the FB Inbox to keep a private conversation with the woman of your dreams.
2. If you want to meet single women on Facebook, don't accept too much other people who don't have an interesting profile. "De-friending", cancelling FB-friends, has become popular in 2009 and 2010. Only accept people who might have beautiful, sexy friends you would like to meet. People who you would like to meet and are fun to spend time with. Otherwise your facebook account will be so full of family members, boring (ex-)colleagues, professional acquintances and distant acquaintances, that you no longer see the beautiful women through the trees. If you logon, you risk to spend hours wading through all the twitter and chatter of your distant FB-friends, and forget that you went to Facbook to find a date with a single woman of your city.
3. Don't post too many things on her Facebook-wall. Keep the conversation with women in the Facebook Mail- section, and your Inbox, which is more private. Even better, ask for her real e-mail address or her phone number, and meet her in real life. Because Facebook is interesting to establish contact with people, but there is no such thing as a real-life date.
